ハラール認定
LPPOM MUI was born triggered by the results of research from universities, namely the results of research by Prof. Tri Susanto (deceased) from Brawijaya University in 1988 who suspected that there was an opportunity for ingredients from pork such as gelatin and pork fat in food and drinks circulating on the market in Indonesia.
In Indonesia, where the population is more than 85% Muslim, haram food and drink is a sensitive issue. As a result, sales of food products suspected of containing pork elements fell drastically, reaching 40-75%, which resulted in serious shocks to Indonesia's economic and political stability. President Soeharto (deceased) at that time asked the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) to help overcome this problem and prevent this problem from happening again in the future.

Import Permit / Distribution (輸入許可/流通 )
What is the procedure for completing delivery of goods?
For those of you who like to send goods from abroad, you will probably like to ask, "Where are my goods located?" or "what is the procedure for completing my shipment?" Check out the process of distribution of goods sent from abroad until they reach your hands.
By law, every item sent from abroad is required to undergo customs inspection which aims to protect the public from dangerous and illegal goods and ensure the fulfillment of the state's rights. Please note that the process handled by Customs and Excise in the distribution of goods sent from abroad is only during the inspection of the package of goods sent which includes physical inspection of the goods and examination of documents.
To ensure the smooth flow of goods is not hampered, package inspections are carried out selectively based on risk management.
Physical inspection can be carried out using an electronic scanner (X-ray) and/or by Customs officers, which in several criteria requires further inspection by opening the packaging, namely:
-
Based on the X-ray appearance, there is a suspicion that the quantity and/or type of goods does not match the notification document
-
The description of the quantity, type and/or value of goods listed in the notification document is unclear or even non-existent. Friends of BC, don't worry, physical inspections by Customs officers are not carried out haphazardly. The process of preparing the goods, opening the packaging, until repackaging is carried out and witnessed by the postal/goods delivery organizer whose inspection results are stated in the Inspection Minutes.
